Carrie has worked for Beachway since 2014. Carrie recognizes the severe impact of addiction on both the family and the patient. She believes that underlying emotional and cognitive core issues must be treated alongside addiction to increase the chances of a successful outcome. She believes that if these underlying issues are not addressed or explored in treatment, the patient remains at a higher risk of relapse.
