Kimberly Litton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist specializing in addiction, intimacy disorders, and complex relational trauma. She is the author of I Do It for Her: A Memoir of Recovery and Redemption from Sex, Love, and Substances, a deeply personal and powerful account of healing from sex, love, and substance addiction.
Kim offers both virtual and in-person therapy through her private practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where she works with individuals, couples, and families. Her approach is grounded in connection, honesty, and transformation helping clients move beyond survival patterns into lives rooted in clarity, self-trust, and meaningful relationships.
In addition to her clinical practice, Kim serves on the Female Sex and Love Addiction Panel for International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP)’s Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Module 4 training, where she contributes to the education and development of clinicians in the field. She is also the co-creator of Seeking Self, a 3-day intensive healing experience focused on inner child work and recovery from complex trauma.
Kim has extensive experience working with women struggling with alcoholism, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and sex and love addiction. Early in her career, she developed and led an Intensive Outpatient Program for women with substance use disorder and later served as Clinical Director for two treatment programs specializing in substance use and eating disorders.
