Integrated Care with Cultural Sensitivity
At Beachway, we recognize that healing is most effective when it honors the whole person — including their cultural and spiritual identity. That’s why we offer a dedicated Kosher Program for Orthodox and other observant clients who seek care in a setting that respects and supports their way of life.
How Our Program Works
Our Jewish Track is separate but fully integrated within our residential program. This means that while Jewish clients participate in the core therapeutic programming, they also have access to a full range of fully optional, culturally-appropriate accommodations to support their religious observance and personal growth.
Jewish clients may opt into any or all of the following:
-
- Private sessions with an Orthodox therapist Explore spiritual identity, religious struggles, and cultural dynamics with a licensed clinician who understands the nuances of Orthodox life.
- Shabbos and Yom Tov meals and programming Enjoy traditional, meaningful experiences during Shabbat and holidays, with full accommodations to observe rituals and customs in community.
- On-site Program Rabbi Available for guidance, learning, and spiritual support throughout treatment.
- Culturally-sensitive therapies Our clinical and support staff are trained to recognize and respect Orthodox customs, values, and cultural experiences.
- Halachic accommodations We work closely with clients to ensure observance of Halacha (Jewish law), including prayer times, modesty considerations, kosher supervision, and other religious needs.
